All products available on the site are created or curated by Bohdan Svyrydov. Some works are made to order, while others are unique originals. Production and fulfillment may be handled directly or through selected partners, depending on the item.
Prices are listed in EUR or local equivalent when available. Payments can be made securely via the website or, upon request, through direct bank transfer. Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Any applicable bank fees, currency conversion charges, or transfer costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Orders are shipped internationally, excluding certain regions. We do not deliver to the Russian Federation, Belarus, or temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Estimated delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier disruptions, strikes, or other external events beyond our control.
International buyers may be subject to customs duties or VAT, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are imposed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If an order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo documentation. Replacements or partial refunds will be provided where appropriate. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
All content, including images, text, and artworks, is the intellectual property of Bohdan Svyrydov. Purchase does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or modify the content in any form. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at any time, especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. All products remain the property of Bohdan Svyrydov until payment is received in full.
